Roped In Access Pty Ltd has been providing rope access building maintenance and cleaning across Sydney CBD, Wollongong, and the Central Coast for over 5 years. We're led by Managing Director Brett Eather, a SPRAT evaluator with more than 20 years of industry experience.

Every building we work on is someone's asset, so we treat it that way. We work closely with property managers, owners, and other trades on site to make sure the work fits around your building and your tenants — not the other way around. We follow SPRAT and IRATA safety standards because they're there for good reason, and we'd rather get it right the first time than rush it and come back later.

Safety isn't a checkbox for us — it's the culture we've built the business around. Roped In Access is a current SPRAT member company, and our Managing Director, Brett Eather, is a current SPRAT evaluator — meaning he's qualified to assess and certify other rope access technicians, not just hold the certification himself.

We work to that same standard on every job, aiming for an incident-free workplace every time, for our team and for the people in the buildings we're working on. That standard doesn't just apply to us — we bring our clients into that same safety culture too, so everyone on site understands what's expected and why.

Every building and every job site is different, so we don't force a one-size-fits-all approach onto your property. We work directly with you to understand what the job actually needs, then find the most efficient way to deliver it — often solving access problems that scaffolding or EWPs simply can't reach.

That efficiency never comes at the expense of safety. Roped In Access holds every job to SPRAT safe practices, and we aim to exceed the minimum standard, not just meet it.
